The present Policy describes the basic principles, guaranties, and purpose according to which, the Company collects, saves and processes your private data during the time you navigate on our website. It involves everybody who navigates on the present website, creates a user account, subscribes to a mailing list to receive newsletters from our website, uses our services, orders/procures our products (by phone, etc.), takes part in surveys conducted by our Company, interacts with our Company on social media (comments and evaluation on our pages), evaluates our products or our services on third party websites, etc. Our Company may collect and process your private data in all of the above mentioned indicative cases.

            Our company is constantly studying the evolvement of applicable laws in the area of private data protection and immediately adjusts the operation of this website, the software used and the way its services are provided according to the current legal framework, in order to fully, completely, responsibly and with no exception ensure the protection of the private data of all visitors of our website, www.metronpack.gr. Our primary concern as a Company is to provide high quality services while respecting the rights, the fundamental liberties, the personal life and the privacy of each individual who uses our website. Hence, we take all available and necessary measures according to applicable laws, by adopting all modern technical procedures as well as advanced technical equipment and software.

            Our Company collects personal data that have to do with you, directly from you. The collection takes place either through the present website and/or other ways (social media, physical store, salesman visits, telephone orders, etc.). PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED BY THE COMPANY

To order/procure our products you will be asked to provide personal data such as: full name, residential address, landline phone number, cellphone number, email address and, if you want us to issue an invoice for the purchase of our products, you will also be asked to provide the name of your business, your profession, your VAT number and your Public Revenue Office. We collect this data either online via the relevant data registration form or by phone, when you call us to order our products. In order for you to contact our e-shop through the relevant contact form, we collect and process your full name and your email address as well as the information you register in the relevant field (Comments).

When you register your email address using the special form in our website, so that we can contact you, we process the email address you have provided.

We collect and process your personal data (profile name, comments, remarks and other information related to you and provided by you) during your visit to profiles and pages of the website www.metronpack.gr in social media, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube etc., when you contact us and make use of the services that the above websites provide so that you can contact us, submit requests, questions and evaluations, as well as purchase our products and services.

During your contact with our Company by any means (email, phone, communication forms, fax, social media, etc.), we collect and process the data you register/provide.

This deadline can be prolonged by two months, if necessary, taking into account the complexity of the request and the number of requests. If the requests of the data subject are manifestly unfounded and excessive, especially due to their repetitive nature, the Company can either: a) impose a reasonable fee, taking into consideration the administrative costs to provide the information or to announce or proceed to the requested action, or b) refuse to proceed with the request.

You can withdraw your consent at any time, easy and free of charge, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on your consent, prior to it having been withdrawn.
