METRON PACKAGING was founded in 1987 and in 1989, the current CEO Thanasis Georgiadis took over to make METRON LTD one of the most dynamically developing companies in its field, gaining customers throughout Greece and abroad
since 1999 METRON LTD has been a pioneer company in the packaging industry, receiving its first ISO certification and having today four certifications related to quality, food safety and the environment
in 2000 the company invested in digital services with electronic montage, the CTP lithography sheets recording machine (computer to plate), bypassing the old procedure of films that were lagging behind in print performance
in 2003 METRON PACKAGING EXPERTS took its current corporate form as METRON SA
now the company is being lead by Leonidas Georgiadis and Anna Georgiadou, the children of Mr. Georgiadis
due to its experience and responsibility, METRON PACKAGING EXPERTS holds a leading position in the paper packaging industry, with activities in most parts of Greece and in many foreign countries.
